Be ready for the winter…

Is your HVAC ready for the cold weather?

1. Check air filter/s
2. Check and program thermostats
3. Vacuum debris from your furnace blower compartment
4. Make certain nothing is blocking your fresh-air supply and return air vents
5. Report unusual behavior/noises to your service technician 

Additionally, you may wish to check the attic insulation to ensure it is near 10 inches thick and provides a good cover throughout the attic. 

Allow the inspectors to replace any items that show wear or could malfunction when operated.
